What are the reception hours?
From 1 March to 31 October:
Mon-Sun 8:00 – 12:30 and 14:30 – 19:00.
From 1 November to 31 January:
Mon-Thu 8:30 – 12:30 and 14:30 – 18:30
Fri-Sat 8:30 – 12:30 and 14:30 – 19:00
Sun 8:30 – 12:30

From what time can you check in?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00.
By what time can you check out?
Check-out is by 10 a.m.
Is late check-in possible?
Of course! If you let us know in good time, usually at least 48 hours in advance, we will send you by e-mail or whatsapp all the instructions to reach your room or flat independently.
Is late check-out possible?
Depending on availability, it is possible for a surcharge of 50% of the night to check out until 17:00.
What are the cancellation policies?
It always depends on the booking period, you can find them in the quotes we send out.
How can I pay?
Both cash and card (no American Express).
When do I have to settle the bill?
We ask to settle the bill the day before departure
If I leave before the check-out date, do I get a refund?
Unfortunately not, in case of early departure we ask for the balance of the booking made.
Do I have to give a deposit when booking?
Yes, we ask for 30% of the total as a deposit.
Can I request an invoice for my stay?
Certainly! We ask you to inform reception in advance if you would like an invoice, providing all the necessary data (name, VAT and SDI number).
Is tourist tax required? How much does it cost
Yes, the municipality of Manerba requires a tourist tax.
In January, February, March, October, November and December the cost is € 0,50/pax/night.
In April, May, June, July, August and September the cost is € 1,00/pax/night
Events & Conferences
I want to organise an event, is that possible?
Absolutely! We are more than happy to accommodate you, feel free to drop by reception to ask for information or you can email us at info@agriturismolafilanda.com
Do you have a conference room?
Absolutely! We have a 130 m₂ large room equipped with a presidential table, 80 chairs, projector, speakers, flip chart, microphone (1 headband and 1 ice cream)
Location
How do I get there without a car?
If you arrive by plane or train, you must get off at Desenzano del Garda and from there take a taxi. We do not recommend taking the bus because the service is not the best.
Are you close to the centre?
Absolutely! Only 200 m from us (about a 1-minute walk) you are in the centre of Montinelle where you can find a bar, ice-cream parlour, tobacconist, bakery, butcher, a minimarket and several restaurants.
Google says you are in the ZTL zone. How do I get in?
No need to worry! Our private gate is adjacent to the entrance to the ZTL zone. Just ring our intercom and we will open the gate for you!
How far is the beach from you?
The nearest one, Pisenze, is 1.5 km away and can also be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
Where can I take a walk?
In one of the most beautiful places on Lake Garda, the Riserva della Rocca di Manerba! You can reach it easily by taking a short walk out of our gate.
Animals
Are animals allowed?
Of course! All your pets are welcome, the cost is € 7.00 per night.
Where can animals go in the facility?
Everywhere, the important thing is that they are kept on a leash in public areas
Is there a dog area?

Breakfast & Meals
What time is breakfast?
Breakfast service is from 08:00 to 10:30 am.
What can I eat for breakfast?
Our breakfast buffet has: cheeses, yoghurt and cold cuts from local farms, homemade cakes and biscuits, seasonal fruit and vegetables. Jams and honey, coffee or fruit juices are also available.
I am coeliac, what can I eat for breakfast?
We have individually packaged products, such as slices of bread, rusks and biscuits.
Can I have lunch and dinner with you
We do not have an in-house restaurant, but in the case of events we can organise ad hoc lunches and dinners for a minimum of 20 people
Flat equipment
Are utilities included?
Yes, electricity and gas are included in the price of the apartment.
Is final cleaning included?
You are included, we ask you to clean the hob, plates and pans and throw away the dirt in the ecological centre of the car park before checking out.
What is the flat equipped with?
In the flat there are bed linen and towels, crockery, cutlery, kitchen cloths and frying pans. In the rooms there are bed linen and towels. Everyone has a kit with shower gel and shampoo
Is it possible to have a cot in the flat? How much does it cost?
By notifying reception in time, we will have the cot ready for you in the flat. And it’s free!
Do you have wi-fi? How much does it cost?
Of course! It is free of charge and is present in all flats, gardens and swimming pool. Free of charge!
Is the connection fast?
Enough but not enough to download a film.
Can I smoke in my room or flat?
Absolutely not! We have a very sensitive smoke sensor, so the alarm would go off.
Facilities
Is there parking? Is there a charge?
We have a large car park in front of the facility and it is free!
Can I recharge my electric car?
We have two 22kw columns, each with two connections,
When does the pool open?
The pool opens in spring and closes in early October (the exact date varies depending on the weather). The hours are from 09:00 to 19:00.
Do you have to pay for sports fields? Do they have to be booked?
The sports fields are free of charge for our guests! Booking is always the best option, just fill in the sheet displayed on the notice board outside reception.
I don't have any equipment to play with, can I rent it from you?
Of course! We will provide you with rackets, balls and balls according to the games you want to play!
Can I rent bicycles? How much do they cost?
We have men’s, women’s and children’s mountain bikes that are for the use of customers free of charge. We care about keeping you fit but ask you to treat our bikes with the utmost care out of respect for those who will use them after you.
I want to wash my clothes, where can I do it
We have two coin-operated washing machines (€ 4.00 for 4h), including detergent.
