Where we are
We are located at Via Del Melograno 35, just a stone’s throw from the historic centre of Manerba del Garda, at the entrance to the Rocca di Manerba Nature Reserve, amidst olive groves, woods, and breathtaking views, and just 2 minutes from the beach. We are easy to reach, being 1 km from Lake Garda and a 20-minute drive from Desenzano del Garda, where you will find the nearest motorway exit.
The Estate
Housed in a historic early 20th-century farm, our agriturismo is spread across five different buildings that once housed the silk mill, cellars, stables, and accommodations for workers and farmers. After various renovations and improvements, begun in 1999 by grandfather Novello Cavazza and carried on by the family over time, the property is now an elegant and unique Country Home, with rooms and apartments all different from each other and rich in exclusive services.
