Villa Selva
This wonderful semi-detached villa can accommodate up to 9 people and features a magnificent private garden of 500 m² with a lake view and a porch, ideal for relaxing days, barbecues, and outdoor lunches. Equipped with reserved and covered parking, four double bedrooms, a bright living room with lake-view windows, a separate kitchen, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, Villa Selva is immersed in the tranquility of nature and allows free use of the pool and sports fields at La Filanda, just a stone’s throw away. On request, for €12 per person (and free for children under 6), breakfast can also be enjoyed at the agriturismo.

Furnished in a modern and refined style, Villa Rii is perfect for families who desire privacy but do not want to give up the services of La Filanda, available for free. On request, for €12 per person (and free for children under 6), breakfast can also be enjoyed at the agriturismo.
